Earth-moving machine fuel tank
An industrial fuel tank from a earth-moving machine, shown before, during and after. We added the inner Plastisol coating, baked it in an oven, and painted the outside in standard Caterpillar yellow.”
Car fuel tanks: before, process and after
Vehicle fuel tanks that we cut open, thoroughly remove rust, corrosion and old coatings through sandblasting and specialist cleaning, repair damaged areas, and apply a durable PVC plastisol coating to both the inside and outside of the tank. The coating is then oven-cured to form a tough, flexible protective layer.

4×4 water tank refurbishment
A rusted metal water tank for a 4×4 adventure vehicle, refurbished and coated with a potable-water-safe coating. Access hatches were added to allow the coating to be applied internally and to facilitate future cleaning and maintenance.

Motorcycle tank re-coating
This motorcycle fuel tank had a very bad previous internal coating. We removed it before re-coating the tank.
